I know how daunting and over whelming it can be to declutter, reorganize and clear your home space. Where do you start? What do you keep? How do you reorganize and keep it that way? Through many years of experience moving (one of the most stressful experiences on the body, mind and spirit) and going through all those items I accumulated over the years in one home, to down sizing and moving into a smaller space (more than one time), I created a method that I actually look forward to and enjoy. Instead of moving items I have not touched in years to a new location just to have them sit for years again and then move once again to sit again, I have finally broken that pattern and it has made my life and my space more enjoyable. Whether you're moving or just want to clear some energy and space in your home, this method is sure to help you in a stress free manner. Once we release that notion of happiness coming from outside of us, ie things, people etc. We can start to learn to see that happiness comes from within us. Having a clear and organized space is known to lower anxiety, clear your mind, motivate you and just makes you feel good. Having less to maintain, organize and clean will free up time, leave you with more energy to do the things that bring you joy. Less is more. We will go through all of your belongings one section/area at a time. Saving the things that: ~Have a function. ~Are used daily. ~You can’t live without. ~Sentimental value : explore why and if still serves you/brings you joy. ~Then we will put back and organize what you keep so you can access and maintain easily. ~Teach you how to do this on your own and maintenance strategies.
