Throughout our journey, we will engage in sacred practices such as Kundalini, group sharing, and journaling, all carefully curated to ground, release, and connect with each energy center. As we progress through each week, come prepared with an intention that will gradually unfold and clarify in alignment with our exploration. Together, we create a safe and supportive space where like-minded individuals gather to share, learn, and release deeply from that which no longer serves us.
