Join Monique Riofrio as she leads you through a gentle aerial restorative flow, with silks set low to the earth. We will be mostly inside the silk hammock while Chazelle Owens uses her voice to transmit angelic tones along with playing the quartz crystal singing bowls. This practice allows you to achieve opening of the hips, spine, and other connective tissues, bringing about better flexibility and relief from tension in the muscles.
