This practice allows you to achieve opening of the hips, spine and other connective tissues bringing about better flexibility and relief from tension in the muscles. Deeply calming and relaxing for the mind, body and soul accompanied by crystal singing bowls to emit high vibration tones that produce healing frequencies which intern benefit the body by restarting our energetics system with sound helping us to become more attuned to subtleties in our environment and most importantly to reconnect us to our purpose in our essence.
