Prepare for a dynamic practice covering all asana categories—standing, hip openers, forward bends, backward bends, twists, inversions, balancing, supine, seated, and rejuvenating poses. This teacher training program is approved with Yoga Alliance (Y.A.) and graduates are eligible to register with Y.A. as a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200-hour level (RYT-200)

As a Certified Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider and a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500-hour level, She is also recognized as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200-hour level. Serving as the lead trainer for Elevate Yoga & Meditation School, which she founded in 2024, bringing her wealth of experience and expertise
to the teachings. Her profound passion lies in understanding the intricate connection between the brain and body, and how this union can facilitate cellular healing. Recognizing the transformative potential of tapping into the body's intelligence, she guides individuals on a journey of self-love and healing by sharing her extensive knowledge.
