Monique Riofrio
Monique holds certifications as a YACEP, RYT 500, E-RYT 200, and RYS 200. With over a decade of experience, she has delved deeply into the practices of Himalayan Kundalini Yoga. Monique is dedicated to sharing the healing tools she has gathered over the years, believing in awakening the innate healer within each individual. As a Himalayan Kundalini & Meditation Facilitator and Spiritual Life Coach, Monique is committed to guiding transformative journeys, offering support and guidance to those on their path to wellness and self-discovery.
Jonathan Carrick
Jonathan is a seasoned educator of wellness & transformation, intuitive bodyworker, and yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience. Certified by the International Association of Kambo Practitioners (IAKP) and the Kundalini Research Institute as a level 1 Kundalini Yoga teacher, he has also served Kambo medicine for over five years, guiding hundreds of clients. Additionally, as a board-certified Developmental Alphabioticist, Jonathan specializes in rebooting nervous systems, uniting brain hemispheres, and achieving quantum alignment of body/mind/spirit.
